TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All relationships between the two parties under the Affiliate Program are fully and exclusively governed by these Terms and Conditions. The current version is the official text of the agreement.
TERMINOLOGY USED
- Affiliate: One of the two parties operating under the Affiliate Program. Using the tools to promote projects, the Partner obtains the opportunity to generate income provided for by the agreed tariff plan.
- Active Partner: A status assigned to a participant of the Affiliate Program if they attract 5 (five) or more New Clients (players or referrals) who make a deposit (the first deposit) during the Reporting Period.
- Inactive Partner: This status is assigned to a participant of the AP who, for a period of 3 (three) months, has attracted less than 10 (ten) New players who make the first deposit to their balance in projects.
- Tariff (tariff plan): A mechanism for financial incentives (cash reward) of the Partner.
- Revenue Share: A method of rewarding the Partner for attracting New Players, based on the income distribution of the AP project between the Partner and the project itself. The amount of reward is determined as a percentage of the total income from all attracted Players.
- CPA (Cost per Acquisition or Cost per Action): A partner`s reward method determined by the reward for each attracted New Player. Each referral must meet the requirements established by these Rules (age, geography, and so on), and also perform certain actions (for example, make a deposit).
- Hybrid CPA or Hybrid Scheme: A method of rewarding the Partner, implying a combination of the terms of Revenue Share and CPA.

If the Partner wishes to use their own promotional materials, they must obtain the agreement of the AP for this by providing their promotional materials for review.

- Registration and creating an account in the Affiliate Program mean the Partner automatically agrees to all the provisions of the current version of these Terms and Conditions. The Partner is obliged to unconditionally fulfill all the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.
- The AP management reserves the right to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior approval and notification of the Partner.

- Only individuals who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to create an account under the Affiliate Program.
- Registration of an account involves the transfer by the Partner of contact information to the employees of the Affiliate Program through official communication channels. The Partner is obliged to monitor the relevance and correctness of the information provided, notifying the AP in a timely manner of all changes. The Affiliate Program has the right to request any additional information from the Partner.
- It is stipulated that the Partner can register only one account under the AP. However, the management of the Affiliate Program reserves the right to open several accounts for one Partner on personal terms.
- Responsibility for the security and protection of the Partner`s credentials rests solely with the Partner. It is forbidden to transfer your credentials to third parties.
- The Affiliate Program has the right at any time and without explanation to terminate cooperation with any Partner. In turn, the Partner also has the opportunity to temporarily suspend or completely terminate its activities under the AP.
- Affiliates are not allowed to use an account in the Affiliate Program to register their own accounts in AP projects using their referral links. Such actions will be regarded as fraudulent, which will lead to the immediate blocking of all Partner accounts in AP and projects without payment of Income.
PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AND TRAFFIC SOURCES
The Affiliate Program has the right at any time to request information from the Partner about the methods used by them and the sources of attracting referrals. Refusal to provide such information or ignoring such requirements on the part of the Partner will be regarded as a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Partners are allowed to use the following traffic sources: email marketing (Email), social media marketing (SMM), advertising information on the Partner`s website (graphic and text), attraction through search engines, contextual, targeted, and teaser advertising.
Partners are allowed to use the following traffic sources: email marketing (Email), social media marketing (SMM), advertising information on the Partner`s website (graphic and text), attraction through search engines, contextual, targeted, and teaser advertising.
Partners are prohibited from doing the following:
- Misleading potential New Players by informing them about non-existent promotions, bonuses, and promotions in projects.
- Using branded traffic to attract New Players. The Affiliate Program refuses to calculate Income based on traffic received by transferring Players to projects from clone sites that intercept users from search engines with branded queries.
- Influencing advertising materials on an audience under the age of majority (18 years).
- Recommending potential New Players to re-create accounts in the projects if they already have an account in the projects.
- Spreading the word about guaranteed winnings and no financial risk. Proposing schemes, methods, software, and other physical and digital materials that allegedly contribute to guaranteed wins in projects.
- Reporting false data about winnings and winners in AP projects.
- Violation of the above points by the Partner will lead to the termination of the Partner`s participation in the AP without the possibility of recovery and to the refusal to pay Income.
KEY FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
- The Partner`s income is directly dependent on the current tariff, brand (project), and the vigor of their own activities to attract referrals.
- Payments to the Partner`s balance are made 2 (two) times in each calendar month.
- Partners have access to remuneration mechanisms under Revenue Share, CPA, and Hybrid CPA tariff plans.
- When you sign up for the affiliate program, the 40% Revenue Share model is set automatically, and it also activates a Step-by-step tariff, the remuneration of which is calculated depending on the number of New players for the billing period:
6 FD — 20 FD — 45%
21 FD — 50 FD — 50%
51 FD — 100 FD — 55%
Over 101 FD — 60%
- Each Active partner has the opportunity to request a transfer to the CPA tariff on personal terms, but only after checking the quality of the provided referral traffic.
- The Partner can choose the payment system to the balance of which they will receive automatic payments as part of their Income. Depending on the selected payment method, the Partner program or payment processor will withhold a transaction fee.
- An inactive partner who has attracted less than 10 New Depositors to projects over the last 3 (three) months after the start of cooperation will receive a reduced Income under the Revenue Share tariff plan in the amount of 5%.
- A partner with a small amount of traffic or intermittent sources of traffic has the opportunity to contact the project manager to get personal terms of cooperation. The status of an Inactive partner does not apply to them unless the conditions specified in the paragraph above are met, namely, attracting less than 10 New depositors in the last 3 (three) calendar months from the start of working under the AP.
- It is allowed for the Partner to have a negative balance under the AP. This state of affairs is possible when the total winnings of the attracted Players are higher than the total amounts of their deposits.
- A Partner`s negative balance is not carried over to the next calendar month. However, within one calendar month, the negative balance is transferred from the first Reporting Period to the second Reporting Period.
- Two Reporting Periods are set within one calendar month. The first Reporting period is set from the 1st to the 15th, and the second Reporting period is from the 16th to the 30th (28th or 29th for February or 31st). Transfer of Income for the Reporting period (subject to a positive balance of the Partner) is carried out within 10 working days from the end of the Reporting period.
- The income from each brand is aggregated, and the partner receives a single total amount. For instance, during the reporting period, AMPM Casino generated $200, while MilkyWay Casino earned $100. Consequently, the partner is credited with an income of $100 for that reporting period.
- The following payment systems are available for Partners to receive Income: Skrill, Capitalist, Bitcoin, USDT, eZeewallet.
- Payment of Income is available only if there is an amount of at least 20 US dollars (USD) (transfer to crypto starts from 100 USD) on the Partner`s balance. There is no limit on the maximum payout amount.
- When paying the Partner`s commission fees, an operating commission of up to 3% of the withdrawn amount is deducted, depending on the selected payment system.
- In the event that the Partner, for any reason, has not entered data on the payment method on which they intend to receive their Income, then the payment will not be made. Funds on the Partner`s balance will remain until the required financial information is provided.
- The Affiliate Program has the right to pay Income to the Partner through a payment system different from the one chosen by the Partner.
- Payments of Income for any Reporting period may be suspended (`frozen`) in the event of any suspicious activity on the part of referrals attracted by the Partner, as well as for the period of checking the quality of the traffic provided by the Partner. The Affiliate Program does not establish fixed terms for the suspension of payments of Income in such situations.
- In addition to receiving Income by attracting Players to AP projects, the Partner also has the opportunity to earn by attracting new Partners to the Affiliate Program. A fixed rate is set at 5% Income of attracted Partners. It is guaranteed that this 5% will not be deducted from the Income of referred Partners.

- The Affiliate Program does not guarantee the absence of errors and failures in the operation of the AP and the continued availability of the AP site. The standard functioning of the Affiliate Program may be completely or partially disrupted during preventive, restoration, or other technical work.

- Fraudulent actions on the Players` part, attracted by the Partner, may be the basis for compensation for financial damage in favor of the Affiliate Program projects by withdrawing funds from the Partner`s balance.
- Infliction by the Partner of financial, reputational, physical, or other damage to the Affiliate program or projects is accompanied by the blocking of the Partner`s account and the confiscation of Income for the last Reporting Period.
- The actions of the Partners and the content of the used traffic sources are not the responsibility of the Affiliate Program.
- The resolution of any disputes between the Partner and the Affiliate Program is the responsibility of the AP staff. It is the Affiliate Program employees who make the final decision in the dispute, which is not subject to reconsideration.
DATA PROTECTION
- The Affiliate Program takes qualified measures to protect the personal data of Partners from unauthorized access by third parties and to prevent the impact on personal information by changing or destroying them.
- The internal personnel policy of the Affiliate Program provides that the employees of the AP are obliged to comply with the terms of agreements on the confidentiality of Partners` data that have become known to them.
- The storage of personal information of Partners is provided for any period, including the data of Partners with whom cooperation has been terminated.
